Full papers (5-6 pages) or short papers (1-3 pages) can be submitted. All papers must be written in English and submitted electronically in PDF format. Authors must prepare their papers based on IEEE Template. Submissions have to be done via the MARSS2019 Paper Management system (Easy Chair). All submissions will be peer-reviewed.
Full papers have to be submitted by February 15, 2019 (no extension possible). The full paper submission will be closed on February 18, at 09:00 GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). Notification of full paper status (accepted or rejected) will be sent to authors by March 15, 2019.
Short papers can be submitted any time until May 15, 2019. Notification of short paper status (accepted or rejected) will be sent to authors 4-5 days after the submission.
Accepted full papers will have to be revised according to the reviewers‘ comments. The final paper (IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF file) must be uploaded via the MARSS2019 Paper Management system by April 15, 2019. Detailed instructions will be available on MARSS2019 website. Two additional pages are permitted for the final full paper (up to 8 pages in total) at an extra page charge. Presented full papers will be submitted for inclusion into the IEEE Xplore® digital library.
Accepted full papers will be presented as plenary talks (30 min) or in parallel sessions (20 min). Accepted short papers will be presented in parallel sessions (20 min). All accepted papers (full papers and short papers) will be included into the conference proceedings (USB drive).
Note that the registration fee (Early Bird fee by April 15th, 2019, or the regular fee after April 15th, 2019) covers only one accepted paper to be presented at the conference OR only one presentation without submitted paper (by invitation only, e.g. in a Special session or as a Plenary/Keynote talk), an extra fee is due for each additional presentation (maximal three presentations in total by the same attendee).
Note that MARSS2019 registration fee cannot be waived or discounted for anybody. This includes all Chairs, Keynote speakers, Plenary speakers, Invited speakers in Special sessions, all other speakers, members of the conference committees, and other attendees.
