Visa requirements

Obtaining a travel Visa is the responsibility of the participants. Note that China has extended 30-day visa-free policy for citizens of over 45 countries until December 31, 2026, you may check if your country is eligible. We recommend to consult official website of Chinese embassy in your country for further information.

If a visa is required, we will assist you by providing a letter of invitation, if your paper is accepted by the conference or if you have registered for the conference. IMPORTANT: MARSS Organization Committee is not an authority on Visa issues, nor can we help with expediting the Visa process. Therefore, please register early and prepare for obtaining the necessary visa.
