Letter of invitation

If you need a formal letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa or for administrative purposes, there are three options to submit your request:

1) You may request for a letter of invitation when you submit a paper to MARSS2026 through your EasyChair account. Please download the template “Invitation letter from MARSS Host”, fill in the information required, and then upload this file. In case you need additional information to be included into your invitation letter, e.g. gender, date of birth, passport number, the title of your presentation, etc., then please insert this information into the letter template before uploading it. You will receive a signed formal invitation letter from MARSS2026 General Chair a few days after acceptance of your paper.

IMPORTANT: If you add your request through your EasyChair account at some later time after your paper submission, then additionally send your request by email to info(at)marss-conference.org, to ensure that the Organization Committee will notice your request in Easy Chair.

If your paper is rejected, or if you prefer participating without paper submission, then please use the second option to request a letter of invitation.

2) The second option is to register for MARSS2026. Please send a request for a letter of invitation with a proof of your registration to info(at)marss-conference.org. Provide all information that you want to be additionally included into your invitation letter, e.g. gender, date of birth, passport number, the title of your presentation, etc. You will receive a signed formal invitation letter from MARSS2026 General Chair a few days after the payment of your registration fee.

3) If you have a presentation at MARSS2026 without a submitted paper (in a Special session or a Plenary talk), then send a request for a letter of invitation to info(at)marss-conference.org and specify your assignment (Special session title/organizer or Plenary talk). Provide all information that you want to be additionally included into your invitation letter, e.g. gender, date of birth, passport number, the title of your presentation, etc.

Letters of invitation will be sent in PDF form to the email address provided.

MARSS2026 reserves the right to ask for further information to ensure the validity of requests and to prevent any fraud attempt.

Note that invitation letters do not include any commitment on the part of MARSS2026 to provide financial support of any kind.

You are responsible to take care of your own visa application. MARSS2026 will NOT start any communication with a consulate or an embassy.
