Robotic patch clamp system for brain research in awake animals
We have conducted the robotic patch system for brain science research in awake animals. The system can finish robotic attachment with 3D cell morphology measurement, tight gigaseal formation driven by voltage and pressure, and stable and quantitative break-in by active release of perforation materials. With above techniques, our system has achieved the first robotic patch clamp recording of awake non-human primate animal.
