Information for authors of accepted papers
All accepted papers will be included into the conference proceedings on USB (given that the registration fee is paid). Presented full papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore® digital library.
If your submission is a full paper (5-6 pages in IEEE format), then you must revise your paper according to reviewer comments (attached to the acceptance email) and upload the final paper. Detailed instructions are available here. The upload of your final paper is due on April 15 , 2020.
If your submission is a short paper (1-3 pages), then you do not have to revise your paper. Just try to take into account the reviewer comments when you prepare the oral presentation of your paper at the conference.
MARSS2020 policy requires that at least one of the authors of a full paper must register for the conference and pay the registration fee by April 15, 2020.
Accepted full papers will be presented as plenary talks (30 min) or in parallel sessions (20 min). Accepted short papers will be presented in parallel sessions (20 min). The decision on allocation to plenary or parallel sessions will be made by the Organization Committee. The Final Technical Program of the conference will be available by May 31, 2020.
