IEEE Copyright Transfer Form

For submission of your final full paper following IEEE format to IEEE Xplore® digital library you must provide an IEEE Copyright Transfer Form, properly filled and signed. For jointly authored papers, only one of the authors – preferably the speaker – may sign the Form as authorized agent for all other co-authors. Please rename your form to [Paper number]-[Speaker’s last name]-MARSS_Copyright and send the form in PDF format by E-mail to info@marss-conference.org once you uploaded your final paper through EasyChair, by April, 15, at the latest. Note that without the Copyright Transfer Form it is not possible to submit your final full paper to to IEEE Xplore® digital library. In this E-mail also specify the speaker who will present the paper at the conference.
