Soft/Wet Microrobotics
Soft microrobotics is here intended in relation with motion at small scales relying on passive or active deformation of polymers and glass, while fluidic microrobotics aims at developing mechanical functions at small scales by taking advantage of the dominant surface tension effects below the millimeter.
