Microfluidic control technologies based on mechanical vibrations for various cell manipulation

Cell manipulation is an important technology in various fields, and a variety of methods have been proposed. We propose microfluidic control technologies based on mechanical vibrations that enable various cell manipulations, such as cell transport, rotation, and aggregation. I will introduce the basic physics of this phenomenon, the design of the microfluidic chip, the system, and its applications.
