Letter of invitation
If you need a formal letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa or for administrative purposes, there are two options to submit your request:
1) If you submit a paper to MARSS2025, you may request for a letter of invitation using your EasyChair account. You can download the template “Invitation letter from MARSS Host”, fill in the information required, and then upload this file. You will receive a signed formal invitation letter from MARSS2025 General Chair a few days after acceptance of your paper.
If your paper is rejected, or if you prefer participating without paper submission, then please use the second option to request a letter of invitation.
2) The second option is to register for MARSS2025 at https://marss-conference.org/registration. After the registration has been completed, you may send an email to MARSS2025 Secretariat info(at)marss-conference.org. Please include “MARSS2025_Formal invitation letter required” into the subject line of your email. IMPORTANT: provide your full name, affiliation, and the full address of your organization in the body of your email. Please also provide a proof of the registration fee payment.
If you have a presentation at MARSS2025 without a submitted paper (by invitation only, e.g. in a Special session or as a Plenary talk), then also provide the title of your presentation and the assignment (Special session or Plenary talk). You will receive a signed formal invitation letter from MARSS2025 General Chair a few days later.
Letters of invitation will be sent in PDF form to the email address provided.
MARSS2025 reserves the right to ask for further information to ensure the validity of requests and to prevent any fraud attempt.
Note that invitation letters do not include any commitment on the part of MARSS2025 to provide financial support of any kind.
You are responsible to take care of your own visa application. MARSS2025 will NOT start any communication with a consulate or an embassy.
