Late News papers Information for authors

MARSS2018 accepts Late News papers as short papers (up to 3 pages). All papers must be written in English and submitted electronically in PDF format via your EasyChair account until May 15, 2018.

MARSS2018 will organize a fast-track peer-reviewing of the submitted Late News papers. Authors will be notified of the status of their papers within a week after the submission. Accepted Late News papers will be presented in parallel technical sessions (20 min). All accepted Late News papers will be included into the conference proceedings on USB (given that the registration fee is paid by May 25, 2018).

If accepted, your Late News paper does not necessarily have to be revised. Just try to take into account the reviewer comments when you prepare the oral presentation of your paper at the conference. If you wish, however, you can update your submission through your EasyChair account (follow the links: Information/Add or update files) until May 25, 2018.

MARSS2018 policy requires that at least one of the authors of your paper must register for the conference and pay the registration fee by May 25, 2018, to be included into the Final Technical Program of the conference that will be announced by May 31, 2018.
