Multi-DOF flexure-based micro/nano positioning mechanisms

This presentation will focus on research studies in the areas of design and analysis of compliant and flexure-based mechanisms.  These will include sensing for trajectory tracking, and sensory-based control of such positioning mechanisms.  Further, research and experimental facilities at Robotics and Mechatronics Research Laboratory will also be described.
